Response: One of our business philosophies is to educate our clients as much as they want to be educated while we work. Some clients would rather just \”get it working\” without knowing anything more about it, but others like to hear about the cause and fix. We are happy to share as we work!

With i-SupportDesk, not only is my office in great hands, but I can get help no matter where I am! I was on a business trip in Florida and was getting frustrated because I was getting errors when trying to send an important email.

I called Jim at i-SupportDesk, and while I was sitting comfortably at a restaurant, Jim found the problem and fixed it before the main course arrived. I was able to get that email out and I was back in business, without any indigestion I might add! What a relief to know I have reliable help everywhere I go!

Since working with Jim, I have learned so much about IT Support. I have learned what honest, quality service is. He gives me the straight scoop! Problems as well as solutions are explained in terms that are understandable to technologically challenged individuals such as myself. I appreciate Jim’s honesty, integrity and sense of humor. Outstanding Job!

Jim did an outstanding job on all three of my computers. He had to work on one for over 4 hours alone. I can only image how much that would have cost if not for Jim’s knowledge and his conscious usage of time so as to having preventing me from mortgaging my home. Jim knows his stuff and was able to explain it to me in simple English words so I would know more of what to do more of and conversely less of.

I will continue to use Jim and anyone who has PC issues should has well. Heck, I think he should come up with a membership plan. I would LOVE that.

Went Out Of His Way!

I was setting up a new site and had a lot going on at once. I had had a previous site hacked even though I thought I had taken procedures to protect it. I needed someone who had expertise in internet security to lock down my site. I was putting too much time and effort into it to lose it all to hackers.

With Jim taking care of the security side of things, I was able to concentrate on other areas of creating my site. Jim went out of his way to learn extra security issues for the platform I was using (Joomla) and I was very satisfied with the work done and the time taken (and charged) to get it done. Very satisfied and will certainly use again.

Thank you so much for your support. You are exactly what I was looking for! I work for a large International Company that uses a similar technology where we just make a phone call to our internal IT support team and they log into our computers to fix the problem. This saves a huge amount of time and means the problem can be fixed over the phone. I have said for many years how amazing it would be if I could access this same kind of service on my home laptop…

…. and then I came across you! I was so very impressed by not only your professionalism but also your ability to talk in layman’s terms (ie plain English.. not computer lingo).

You really are a saving grace, and your system of just charging for the time you take with no minimum amount makes it so affordable! It’s certainly a huge relief to know I now have someone to call on as my computer problems arise.. SIMPLE, EFFICIENT & AFFORDABLE! Thank you Jim!
