Even though I have a Verizon FIOS connection my computer still was running very slow. I was trying to fix my PC with different software packages including Norton, RegCure, and several anti-spyware programs. Nevertheless they weren't getting all of the problems fixed. Also I had a number of technical issues which I wasn't able to fix without support. Forget calling Verizon! You may get a heart attack. Recently I have found an excellent technical support online.
